- How does the billing cycle work?
- Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first upgraded. Lookups reset on each billing date — unused lookups do not roll over.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact hello@companylens.dev within 7 days of a charge and we will review it promptly.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
- Requests beyond your quota return a 429 Too Many Requests response. Your key stays active and access resumes on your next billing date. Upgrade mid-cycle to unlock more lookups immediately.
- How does CompanyLens compare to Clearbit?
- CompanyLens gives you full field access on every tier with no per-field gating. Pricing is usage-based and transparent. Clearbit charges per field and per record at significantly higher rates.
- Is Enterprise self-serve or does it require a contract?
- Enterprise is fully self-serve. Start immediately from the upgrade page. For custom volume, SLA terms, or procurement paperwork, email hello@companylens.dev.
- Do all plans include the same endpoints and fields?
- Yes. Every plan including Free has full access to all endpoints, all response fields, and confidence scores. The only difference is the monthly lookup quota.
