CompanyLens enriches publicly available company data (firmographics, tech stacks, DNS records, etc.). This data pertains to companies, not individuals. We do not enrich personal data about private individuals. All data surfaced through the API is sourced from publicly available information online.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics providers that help us operate the Service.
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and users.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. API request logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Cookies

We use minimal, strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not require cookie consent banners.
